    It had contemporary atmosphere and everything was perfect. The staff were attentive at all times. Truly enjoyed that my mandarin twin room included marble bathroom. The hotel was in an amazing location right by restaurants as well as Istanbul. Also, it was 10 mins drive from a massive mosque.

    Fine Bosphorus views from my room. The spa facilities offered excellent treatments, perfect for relaxation. I enjoyed the spacious room with a small terrace, ideal for sipping coffee in the morning. Breakfast stood out with a wide selection and high quality. Check-in took too long, and the deposit felt excessive. I also found the music in the bar too loud at night. The restaurant service was often slow, frustrating during my meals. I'd definitely come back for the views and spa but hope for better service next time.

    Our concierge team organized an lovely celebration, arranged a private water taxi, made for a lavish arrival. The suite upgrade surprised us with tranquil views of the inner garden. The spa treatments rejuvenated us, especially the Sultan Hammam alongside an indulgent Oriental Essence session. Dining at Novikov left us impressed with a variety of high-quality dishes during brunch that was a feast for the senses.

    The room felt a bit dim during the evening hours, which affected our overall comfort.
